How We Help
Your generosity powers the programs that uplift our community. Here’s how we’re making a difference:

  • Perinatal Support Services: From pre-pregnancy to toddlerhood, we provide home visits and personalized care to families with children aged 0-2. Our team of Community Health Workers ensures families have the resources they need for a healthy start.
  • Family Support Services: At our PAL Family Resource Centers, we provide caregivers and families with essential resources, like printing services and safe, home-like spaces for supervised visits. The PAL team empowers parents to foster healthy environments for their children and prevent neglect.
  • Health Insurance Assistance: Our Navigators make enrolling in NY State of Health easy for individuals, families, and small business owners. We help solve insurance issues, resolve billing disputes, and ensure everyone has access to the coverage they deserve.
  • Youth Education: We offer evidence-based education on healthy relationships, decision-making, and sex education for middle and high school students. Our educators empower youth to build bright, positive futures.
